Dr TRUNA
Dr.Truna (Andrés Blasco,Ramos) is a neo-dadaist, a retro-futurist based in Valencia (Spain). He defines himself as an “auto-luthier”, and invents and plays his own musical instruments. In this performance TRÍO TRUNA (TX3) Dr. Truna play sound sculpture installations, created by himself,. These include “The Cosmic Bull” and “The Music Stand of the Future”. He play live music with a prepared cello and electronics . while projecting two pre-recorded videos of himself. Truna play one sound sculpture, in each, while using a DVD remote control to stop and play the recorded material.
